Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Opal Radiancee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your product, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@opalradiancee.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly at info@opalradiancee.com. We will assist you with the exchange process. If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer you a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, including custom-made items or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or refund. Please contact us to confirm the eligibility of any special items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@opalradiancee.com, and we will resolve the issue by offering you a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping Costs
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). You will be responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to damage or defect.
